Return Window

  • You may return items within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable pet treats, opened grooming products, and personalized/customized items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
