2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Some items like opened treats or grooming products are non-returnable.

Absolutely. We carefully select products that are 100% safe, eco-friendly, and vet-approved to ensure the health and happiness of your pets.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is something we’re working to add soon!

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

7. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
